How do i change my sleeping habits?

Since I have graduated from high school I sleep all day & stay up all night. I do this every summer but Usually when school starts my sleeping are back on track in a week or so. I have nothing to do during the day anymore, so what should I do?

  1. Set your alarm a half hour earlier each day, and go to bed a half hour earlier each day, and in no time you will be sleeping when it's dark outside!


  2. Stay up all night and all day one time. You'll be exhausted at the end of the day, you'll sleep through the night just fine. Start exercising, that will also make you sleep better at night. Maybe drink some warm milk... or other assorted dairy product, I heard cottage cheese works wonders, too.  

  3. what i did i just stayed up the whole night, then instead of goin to bed at like 11am i just stayed up the rest of the day, i went to bed at like 12 ( i had a 1 hour nap though) and woke up at like 8, 9:30. it was like that for a week. i got up between 8 and 9:30. but then someone slept over, i stayed up all night again and im messed up bad now lol. ill wake up from sleeping at 8:30 at night..
