How do i change my volume limit when i dont know the code

my brother got annoyed of me listening it to loud so he put a volume limit on my ipod nano its 3rd generation the new 2008 one i tryed reseting the nano and it wont work my brothers forgot the password too so how do i change the volume limit?

go on apple.com, they have a little area where they answer those questions. or look in your ipod begginer's manual, if you can find it!!!!

Just connect your ipod to the computer. That should reset the password to the usual 0000. If that doesn't work, restore your iPod by plugging it into your computer and click 'restore to factory settings.' If all else fails (it should be working by now), visit the Apple store. It's better to have the professionals check it rather than risk damaging it by trying to fix it yourself.
