Click on your avatar and go to "edit my info". From there, you can upload a photo from your computer.

make a 360 profile...add a photo on there...then when you change your photo for this account....select the 360 profile photo

click on your picture then when it tell s you , you will see you can get it from desk top and change itfrom there and do it then. its simple and easyt o change even to animals of yours instead of your real face.
