How do i change phototypes?

i want to get my photos to be jpeg but all of them are NEF how do i change it??

Here is the easy way. Right click on the photo click "save picture as" check the box at the bottom is jpg and "save" and the file is automatically saved as jpg.

You can use Batch Converter to do so. I don't know if Photoshop CS2 opens up NEF files.
