How do i change setting for a group? i am owner.?

Log into the group and click on managment.

It depends on what settings you want to change.  For general settings and accessibility to your group features, click on Management, then underneath "Group Settings", you will find links to different settings.  You can click on the different features to familiarize yourself with them.
