  1. Uncheck the "Lock the taskbar" tick and the "drag" the taskbar to your favorite location in your screen. :)


  2. Right click the Taskbar and uncheck 'Lock the Taskbar'.

    Then, click and drag it to either side of the screen, or you can move it to the top.

  3. Right click on taskbar select properties in a taskbar tab uncheck lock the taskbar and Ok.Now just drag the taskbar with the help of mouse.
