How do i change the Pending Tasks, so New Members do not have to be approved?

Question

I origionally set my group to approve new members, but i'd like to change that so i *don't* have to approve new members, how can i do that?

management- under group settings click membership- Membership Type and Welcome Message (Edit) <-- click the edit- select * Open- click save changes

keep in mind, restricted membership is one of the way to keep spammers from your group

Click on Management on the left-hand side of your Group's web page.  Then click on Membership on the right-hand side of the resulting page.  Then click the Edit link next to Membership Type And Welcome Message.  Then select the Open choice next to Membership Type.  Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.
