How do i change the a Video Type from Flash Video to 3GPP Content!?

Question

Yeah i downloaded a video off youtube and i changed the format to .3gp so all i need to do now is change the video type, but how do i do it?

P.S. I m putting my videos on my LG Viewty phone if any help.
