How do i change the color of my personilazation page when you click on it?

I want to be able to click on the personalize button on My Yahoo and it be a color than that ugly dark blue.

There is no way to change the background color for the Personalization box (the one that displays when you click the "Personalize this page" button). We're all stuck with the dark blue background until Yahoo! decides to either change the color or give us control over setting it.
