You don't.

The Avalon is equipped with an automatic transaxle, it does not have a seperate differential so there is therefore nothing to drain.

All you can really do is drop the transmission pan and drain about 50% and change the filter at home. A shop can you a trans flush machine and change more like 90%. Make sure you use toyota fluid or equal
