How do i change the eyecolor of a picture?

ok. i REALLY want to change the eye color of this picture

for a project. but i cant BUY photoshop. is there any other download or ANY way to do this w/o paying for anything?

You can do it in Gimp, for free:

The procedure is essentially the same as in Photoshop. Just select the eye(s), go to hue/saturation and change the colour there.

download photofiltre. it's free, and doesn't download any viruses. it's so easy to work, and it changes eyecolor easily. take a look at what i did for a friend of mine. (she requested everything, btw.)

Usually your printer has a program built in. Printers these days have software that comes free with it that can change eye color

I haven't downloaded it myself but have been told it works. Its comes with a crack which you'll have to copy and paste into your programfiles but if you can work out how to do that then this is the full version, not the trial.

I agree that Gimp is a good free software you can use.  I have read very good reviews about it's features.

One possibility is to download the free trial of Adobe Photoshop from their website. It's a full version, but you only have something like 30 days (may be less, I'm not sure). Another possibility is a program called GIMP. GIMP is basically a freeware version of Photoshop. It just lacks some features, and it's not as user friendly. But, I think if you're just going to be changing eye color, GIMP would be a nice program to look into. It's completely free, but as I said, it lacks a few Photoshop features.
