right, this might get complicated but ill guide you through it

on the dashboard, make sure your on the system slide (the one furthest on the right

make sure the name at the top of the menu is lit up more than the others and press A

then using the d-pad, on the next menu, press down 3 times (til the 4th item on the menu is highlighted, then press A again

the first choice should be english, so just hit A again
