Look here towards the middle of the page it gives a step by step to change the oil for an 02 MDX which is the same pretty much as the 03.

For DIY's, you should google acura mdx forums to find most answers.

The www.acuramdx.org is the best place to ask any MDX questions. I am sure they have a post about how to change transmission oil.

The people answered about only shows how to change oil, but not transmission oil. I remember I saw some post about how to do it there, but I cannot find it anymore. (only find oil change and even the Navi.) Just ask it again.

Transmission oil does not need to change often, I guess it is best to go to a mechanic to do it.
