  1. DON'T - Send to someone in Venezuela near Marina with foreign boats. Parallel market about 5000 Bs to $1. Should be able to get 4000, easy. Or find someone who is going to Venezuela. Check oil companies.


  2. either airports of banks both will do it. just remember that they will take a percentage from you. if you know any venezuelans you can se if they'll exchange it for you (which is what I do as I get the actual value and they won't take a percentage as commission from me)
