How do i change what the url box says?

well i want to take that off

ive seen it before so i know theres a way to do it so there url box says www.myspace.com/example....jenn curbstomp

im tired of people looking at all my friends so i need help

people go to that part veiwprofile and change profile to friends thats how they see all my friends is there anyway to stop that?
