How do i cheaply kill the weeds coming up in my rocked driveway?

my driveway has weeds and grass coming up in the rock i need a cheap home remedy cure please help

look up using vinegar to weed kill-never tried it-easier to buy concentrated weed killer and spray

A couple of bags of rock salt (used for water softeners) just broadcast it liberally and water every now and then you may also want to give the weeds a drink of saltwater to speed the process AFTER you water in the rock salt you broad casted. FYI the Egyptians used and still use salt extensively to control unwanted plants..

Saw on DIY over the weekend, mix up some strong salt water & put it in a spray bottle.  Spray the plants & they are suppose to die in a couple of days.

Thalassa Crusoe (_Making Things Grow Outdoors_) recommended salt, followed by boiling water.  It's never worked too well for us, because mostly we're too lazy to keep it up.

Though not a "home" remedy, I use Roundup which can be found in any hardware store and is quite effective.

a box of salt or 2 will take care of it ,hot water .

I have heard that salt works. Try really salty water . good luck

Burn them out with a torch or a little ligher fluid and a match.  Don't use gas.
