There are various factors here like location and circumstances. Check with your local Attorney General's office. Most of this you should be able to do online.

Depending on where your from there is usually a 1- 800 number.I know for kentucky it is 1-800-443-18756. As far as online I don't know I have never been able to do so. However if you have a Relia Card you could go to www.reliacard.com and login there to check your card status it would tell if you had funds added.
