i think i have your perfect solution. there's this site, http://d95.com/credcard , where you can get a credit card especially made for people that have bad credit or no credit at all. you just gotta give them your information, they'll look into it and get back to you with how much of a credit line you will be able to get. your gauranteed at least 2000 i believe.

JUST GO TO PAYPAL AND REGISTER THE CREDIT CAQRD AS THE PAYMENT METHOD...TO CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENT JUST CALL THE 800 NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CURRENT FOR CURRENT BALANCES AND AVAILABLE CREDIT

I think you don't have authorized your credit card . Just register on PayPal and put your c. card as a payment method. At least that was the way for me.

But if you use your bank account, Paypal will deduct two very small amounts from your bank account and you have to get back to PayPal with those amounts as a confirmations.( Like $0.11 and $0.21)

To check your balance simply sign up for your cc.Website and you can do anytime. Your summary will shows "PayPal for XY"

and time and amount etc.and the order #.

If you purchase is exceed your credit limit   PayPal will reject your card. You wont be able to do over limit.
