How do i cite a journal entry in my essay?

Question

I have 3 journal entries and I need quotes from all ofthem I will be citing them a lot. However, how do I cite them???

Also, in my bibliiography, do I need to include the URL for these journal entries?

The deadline is today, so I appreciate any responses to this question!

According to the Harvard "cite them right" booklet, first you cite the URL, then the date it was accessed. If it is your URL you can add your name.
