I have made a bet of 25 pounds, i am unsure of how to claim my free bet?

I havent been emailed anything

The way it works is that you sign up, place a bet of at least £25, and then they will credit you £25 if you lose.

If you win, or if you place a bet of less than £25, or if the bet was voided, then they won't credit your account with the £25. You can also only use the free bet on their sports betting site.
