I think the best cleaner would be the same thing that boat owners down here on the coast use on the hulls of their boats. It is a spray cleaner in a white bottle called "Greased Lightening". It is REALLY great in plastic bathtubs and shower enclosures. I use it on all sorts of things...see link below
