  1. Are you talking about down feathers?  What species?  Anyway, how did he get dirty?  Look for the source and change it, usually chicks stay pretty clean.  If you want to clean them, then use warm water and work the stuff out slowly.  Don't get the baby all wet because it can chill and become ill.  After you clean the chick up then pat dry with a towel and put in a warm place to dry.  Be careful to avoid the ears.

  2. It's down feathers not fur.

You take a towel dipped in warm water and work it out slowly. Pat dry, don't rub and put in a warm place. Try not to let this happen again, it can get to be a pain.

    Good luck!

  3. i have chickens and mine love when i spray the water hose the always run to it and play so just clean them with water

  4. Chicks don't have "fur". It's called "down". Clean their enclosure, they'll be fine.
