How do i clean my retainer??

Question

Like whats the process and what do i use? I have a clear one my ortho said i think not to use toothpaste but im not sure. does anyone know?

My retainer doesnt have that medal line across from it.. is a clear one that fits over my teeth

My doctor recommended that I don't use those denture tablets type cleaners. He gave me RetainerFresh  and it works so quickly and gets my retainers really clean. My friend uses a tablet and they take a long time to dissolve. RetainerFresh is like a crystallized powder and dissolves fast. No waiting around for it to work.

I've heard that what works really good are denture cleaners, such as Efferdent of Polident.  Hope this helps!

ya i know my freind has one like that like the invisiline and i went with her to brush it and she washed it with water and brushed it with her toothbrush and a little toothpaste but not too much and then just like your brushing your teeth then ust rinse it again and wipe it off hope this helps
