  1. Well once it cools, then just wash the oven with warm water and white vinegar.  Wear rubber gloves when you do this.

  2. It might not be a good idea to use vinegar unless the oven cleaner manufactuer recommends it. It could possibly mix with the cleaner and cause  a chemical reaction. Use just plain water to get it out and gloves because oven cleaner is caustic and can eat holes in your skin. be careful of breathing it in also. If it has dries and is hard to get off, moisten with water and let set a bit to soften, use only a nylon scrubber if you have to so you don't scratch it. You will have to wipe it many times, Use paper towels so you can throw them away when done. After you have washed it well with water, then clean it out with some soapy water and  rinse well

  3. Sounds to me like it's time to contact the manufacturer; I'm sure they've dealt with the situation before.  I would imagine that if there's something you can use to neutralize the chemical, it would be a first step.  Most of them are basic, so maybe a mildly acidic solution would work; perhaps something like vinegar and water?

Beyond that, I'd just go with whatever the manufacturer suggests.  Since you have internet access, you might try looking up the company online, to see if they have any sort of help section.

    Good luck!
