How do i clean rabbit and guinea pig water bottles?

can i boil them in water? the baby bottle cleaner i have is too big for a small water bottle i have and i just noticed some dirt in them

Most rabbits and guine pigs prefer drinking outta bowls but if you already are then you need to clean their bowl twice very day it prevents the growth of bacteria and/or fungle colonies wich is begined when the bowl is filled up all the time but never cleaned.it will keep your rabbit happy and healthy for along time if you clean its bowl everyday!

You can use a bottle brush and hot water to scrub it, I would not suggest cleaning it with chemicals or bleach or household cleaners though

If the bottle is real bad then purchase a new one they are cheap enough

Yes, you can boil them.  Soaking them with bleach water (then rinse well and allow to air dry) will remove any algae or build-up.  There are also smaller, flexible brushes that you can buy.
