How do i clean stone for my bearded dragon to bask on?

ok i have 2 large stones that i would like to clean and put in my bearded dragons cage but how do i go about and do it?

put them in a hot water/soap/bleach solution and let it soak. you can do that or put it in your oven and bake it at 400 for a few hours.

1.) Soak them in a 1 part water to 6 part bleach solution for an hour or longer.  Remove and rinse well.

2.) Using a stiff toothbrush, scrub them thoroughly with iodine free salt.  Rinse well and allow to dry completely.

3.) Bake them in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 to 1 hour.  Allow them to cool completely before being used in the beardie's habitat.
