START - SETTINGS - TASK BAR AND START MENU - START MENU PROGRAMS TAB - CLICK THE CLEAR BUTTON

Then select clear private data

Go into tools, options and then click clear history or similar if you're using firefox etc.

Go into Tools, click on Internt options and under History you will see a clear history button

right click on Internet shortcut, go to properties and then u will see clear history button. Also, you will see 'delete files' and 'delete cookies'. I would do both of these, as even though u clear ur history, people can still see
