How do i clear windows vista to make my computer files delete?

So as I understand it, you have Vista.

You want to delete files. Is that correct?

If yes, then:

On the start button, right click the mouse. You will see 'explore'.

Click on it.

That will bring up all the files in your computer.

Highlight the file or files you want to delete and press the delete button (this key is above the number pad on the right on your keyboard). You can also press the delete on the top of the explorer window,

But if you want to delete Vista .. (your question is not clear), then you format and reinstall the alternate operating system. If you are a beginner, it is not recommended that you do this.
