  1. if u gotta ask dont do it take 2 avian vet have him show u how at least the first time but better 2 have him always do cuz if something happens the vet is ready for it

  2. this should help i have budgies too i just did it my self good luck http://www.flyinggems.com/BirdAdvice/win...

  3. I own a Csay that i think it would be best if you were to take the bird down to the locsl vets. It is just that they would be able to advise you on what to do and maybe clip the wings for you.

  4. My family and I have had Parakeets (Budgies) for 8 years and one thing that is a must is a Parakeet or Budgie handbook, available at pet or book stores, it will show you how to tame your bird and .before long he will perch on your finger and sit on your shoulder like ours do.   Some stores sell birds with clipped wings and others do not..it might be that his wings have been clipped and that is why he hits walls   The feathers do grow back though and he will be able to fly normally..  None of our birds have clipped wings and we do allow them out to fly,(indoors, of course and where they are not near anything that could cause them harm) they don't like being stuck in a cage all the time and need exercise..it makes for happier birds.
