How do i close a question and award a winner?

go into your profile. then go to the bottom and click on my questions. then click on the question you want to vote on. It wont let you do it if the question is not old enough

After 4-5 hours, YA gives you the option of resolving your question with a blue bar under each answer saying choose best answer or something such. You click on the one you want to get best answer & then write a comment to the answerer & award as many stars as you think the answer deserves & follow prompts.OK?

Whichever answer you think helped you the most then you should vote for that answer to be the best. But if you can't decide - then you put the question in voting.

just look were is arsalan_kashi is written on webpage of ur question.. just click on the choose as the best answer.. then click on any star and rite OK at next place... and then press submit button
