  1. You can not close it. Do you mean you changed your mind and don't want the item anymore? Then you'll have to retract your bid, you have to send the seller an email, explaining why you are retracting your bid, and just don't pay, hopefully someone will outbid you before you win the item, then you don't have to worry about it, but it you win the item, send them an email, and don't pay for it, hopefully they wont leave bad feedback for you.
