  1. Not to oppose the question, but Manga pages aren't necessarily meant to be colored in.

  2. You need to have some sort of a program like Photoshop that will allow you to colour.

After that, there are several ways in which you can do it, if it is really all how you feel comfortable doing it.

    Examples of mine:

    Easy Colouring job

    Bit more complex

    With effects

For me, for the first and second, I use the multiply tool on my program. This allows you to colour over the black parts without actually colouring them out. The easiest way would be to make a new layer, and set that layer to multiply. After that, use your paintbrush (on a normal setting) and fill in your blanks. Create more levels as you go along and you can merge them down in the end.

You can just use the paintbrush and color over it on the multiply setting, but once you pick up your brush, it will colour in darker when you start again.

To get shadows and things like that (as seen in the third link), just use the same technique. If you are doing it by layers, make a new layer but put it down to about 50% or so and colour over it. If you are using the brush on a multiply setting, 50% or so too. I just usually shade in things on the clothes or the face.

    Hope that helps :S

  3. im not sure how because i keep all mine black and white, but i suggest maybe getting some colored pencils and lightly coloring it in..but im not exactly sure....maybe go to some kind of art place and asking someone who knows for sure ^_^
