  1. if she was assaulted then she needs to contact the police and have a witness i am sure someone seen something and also call the head corp office and you can turn them into the Better Business B. and find out if private or corp owned this will make a difference then if you really want to do something let the public get involved if the girl was a minor it will attract a lot of att. and questions. if everyone who works there got together i am sure you can come up with some good ideas but if you want it to work then you have to stick together it will be all of you against one he can only lie for so long. Good luck

  2. Call corporate and tell them that is your job to protect the employees who do not see this you can write or call.  Just have someone call up the store and ask for the corporate office's address and phone # unless they make it available to you then you have no problem.  Your right that is sad and it is mainly young kids who work there so he thinks he can get away with this it just burns me up!!!!!!!!

  3. Write to the Head Office.  Make sure you have al the details to back up these claims and that the people who he has done this too are willing to speak out.  Don't let them make bullets for you to shoot.  Understand?

Hope this helps and have a good weekend.;-)

  4. You will need the evidence to prove this from both victims and witnesses and forward your case through formal letter to the head office, they will then look into the issue and you must be prepared that it may go to court.

  5. head office

  6. i agree with sara s

  7. call the police and bewat that jerk up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. All this needs to be reported to McDonald headquarters, especially, if true, the part about  the person assaulted.  It needs to be reported by the person it happened to ASAP!!!!

Go to McDonalds main office  complaints, on GOOGLE.

Don't wait!  Do it now!  This is too serious to play around with.

  9. document everything, names dates and places, witnesses if available, dont be afraid to call the law if need be, what he is doing is definately wrong and dangerous too, to everyone involved

  10. tell the board or something.

  11. If you can get statements that are notarized by the other people and witnesses that would be great.  You could make copies (always keep the originals) and send them with a letter to McDonald's Corporation.  Go to their web site for the correct address and whom to address the letter to as it's more effective that way.  State the facts without becoming emotional.  Ask what they intend to do about it and that you would like to be notified.  Make a copy and send it to your states employment office.  Tell them that in the letter to McDonald's Corporation.  If it's possible, have the letter typed up by someone who knows how to compose  a business letter.  Keep copies of everything.  Send the letter registered mail, return receipt requested.  This will give you proof that the person you sent the letter to received it.

As an alternative, you could send an email to McDonald's Corporation, but it probably wouldn't be as effective.

    Good luck.

  12. talk to the owner

  13. you can write to corporate headquarters about his behavior. for more serious accusations you need some type of audio or video proof before going to the police. keep in mind whistle blowing will result in the loss of your job

  14. Write to the Headquarters of Mcdonald's or have multiple people go work there ( for proof only) and get them to work there (let's call them undercover police) Get the police to apply and work there undercover?

    Start an investigation?

  15. call the cops...or the corporate office...or franchise office...thats all u can do
