  1. Get a petition going to have them closed down.

  2. If this is in the US you can use the link at the very bottom of the page at USPS.com

  3. You HAVE a Post Office? Can I visit?........to paraphrase Monty Python...'I'd give my right arm for bad service in a real, live Post Office!'

  4. complain if you want your mail to go missing. my next door neighbour complained and some of her mail didn't arrive. she decided to do test runs getting her sister to send her empty envelopes to see if they arrived and they didn't.

then they stopped delivering it full stop and told her to go to the post office and collect it as she was a nuisance customer and they wouldn't deliver to her.

they can be right arseholes at the post office

  5. Complain at the counter... very loudly. Gets results.

  6. follow this link:

    its the royal mail website

  7. u can fill out a complaint form & even better talk to ur personal mailman on ur day off. if u dont know when they come, ask ur neighbors. if its a p.o. box at the station ask to speak to the the clerk who loads them. if all else fails leave a nice message in ur mailbox telling who does n doesnt live there. if apt.--tape ur name to the bottom or side that they can see. i was a mailwoman for 9 years & what worked the best for me was when a customer talked to me personally. we were required to deliver all first class mail to a resident so if ur getting an old residents mail mark out the vertical marks on bottom of letters n cross out name n mark moved left no address....give em a break its not an easy job, some carriers n clerks have up to 35 ft. of mail to sort n deliver. good luck.
