  1. get rid or turn off the things that are distracting you and then make sur eyou are alown and then it will be quiet and that means that you could consentrate.

    P.S put phone away

You - distractions = Better consetration

    Hope this helps

  2. First of all clear your study area.  Get rid of things that are noisy, flashy, or bothersome.  Work in a quiet place.

Secondly.  Focus.  Set a goal for yourself.  If it is math that you are doing aim high.  Plan to get 100% accuracy and don't settle for less than 95% on the first time through a lesson.  Rework all of the equations until you get the same answer every time.  Write down the correct answer only after you are certain that it is correct.

If you are writing write until you are done.

If you are reading, read for at least 2 hours.

The more you practice the easier it will get to do this every day.

You might need to set a timer ----- don't stop studying anything until the time goes off.  If you still have work to do go get a snack.  Reset the time and begin again.

  3. well do what i do close the door and study but you shod study 2:00 a day or more if you what n a good grade study 5 day hourly eel work.

  4. stay away from yahoo.

my biggest distraction was my pc n i realised it after dropping a year n loosing marks :-(

  5. In addition to all that had been mentioned, make sure you have a designated study area and everything you need-- books, paper, sharpened pencils, etc. are ready. Do not allow yourself to get distracted by the simple things...even by food. Have the proper mental set once you're ready to begin studying.

  6. All the previous answers are correct. Another part of the solution is you.  Are you comfortable with the social results of incomplete homework assignments? Do your teachers give you a "funny look" when they ask about your homework? Do you think that you may be missing out on " special" relationships of fellow students?  Or is everyone "indifferent" , including you, and the whole "underachiever" thing is how you roll?  Unless you are an "A.D.D." person, you can just mature "just a little bit" more and see all the possibilities. Good luck my young friend, people can tell you the answers, but, it always comes down to you.
