How do i connect a 5.1 subwoofer speakers to pc?

Question

it has 9-pin DIN to 3 x 3.5 mm jack but i only have 1 "hole" for speakers so how where do others go?

Just go through your motherboard manual. Normally, there will be input jacks for speaker, mic and line in. If your motherboard supports 5.1 output, these jacks are used for the connection. All that you have to do is that make necessary settings in the audio driver.
