How do i connect a ps2 guitar to a ps3?

Not sure of a way besides getting a ps2-ps3 controller adapter that says it works with guitar hero (or Rock Band). You can use the adapter with a regular ps2 controller and use it as another controller too.

Here is one compatible with the controllers, but it is out of stock >.<
