you dont need to, theres a service called sky od, which you can apply for and then sky is recieved through your laptop completely, with all of the services of normal sky plus, and then i think you can even upgrade to sky hd, ring sky and ask, the operatoirs are great and friendly, really, theyll be able to help

Sky On demand would be a good option or if you are really needing to do this you can get a USB video capture device or a TV Tuner, both have inputs that you and take the areal signal from the sky box to you PC/Laptop, it will not of course except the scart socket.
