How do i connect myipod touch to my tv?

I have an av cable i think...its the yellow red white connectorS??! i just dont know how to find it on the tv???

Yes, you have the right cable, you just have to find the same color inlets on the tv.  Unless your tv is real old you may even have them right in front.  Beware, Apple likes to build their toys to take their cables only.  

I believe you have to make a change under the itouch preferences to send the signal out to the tv.
