How do i connect sky box to a phone line?

hi i have just ordered sky with 2 boxes so sky multiroom i understand that both boxes have to be conected to a phone line.

the main box is going to go into the lounge,it has got a phone line there with nothing connected so that one is easy

but the other one is going to go in my room to a different phone line and their is bt broadband on that line and no other space to conect so myquestion is:

how do i connect sky box to a phone line with something else connected?

Use an adaptor to allow both phone connections on the same socket. Actually, the BT Broadband link should be connected via a filter to the phone socket. Filters usually have two sockets - one for the link to the router/modem and one for an ordinary phone connection - so plug the Sky box into this one.

If you have a broadband line then you should have a filter which normally has two sockets.
