i want to connect to pictures together not just after you upload a picture,a code to be able to put another pic below it but already two pics that are stuck together already and can save on your computer

Do it with your photo editor.

*sigh*

Create a new, blank image. Background color isn't important. Paste one of your images in the top half, the other in the lower half. Crop and resize to taste, if necessary. Don't forget to "save as".
