How do i connent a four winding transformer on 240v?

the transformer has four leeds on the high side h1to h4 and four leeds on the low sideX1to x4 .how do i connect this to 220v and get 110voutput

You will need to contact the manufacturer if that is the only info you have, to determine what each winding is, and what the ratings are.

There is a possibility that you are supposed to connect the two primary windings in series for 220v and the two secondary windings in parallel for 110 volts. But that is a guess. For all I can tell it may be a 6 volt transformer, or a 110 kv transformer.

Connect primary to H1-H3 and H2-H4.

Connect Secondary to X1-X3 and X2-X4.

The dashes mean that those leads have interconnect (jumper)
