How do i connext the internet on my Ipod Touch?

I have an Ipod touch and ive been trying to get onto some of the applications on it such as youtube and googlemaps. The problem is every time i go onto them it says "cannot connect to internet".

i have connected to a default on WiFi but it still says i am not connected. anyone have any ideas or answers?

the wifi could have a password or code on it that u might not know of? thats all i can think of.

you have to find wifi that has an open network, some wifi will let you connect, but it won't let you in cause it doesn't recognise you. only some wifi networks, like in barnes and noble, starbucks, or if you have a wireless network in your house let you in.    I have a touch and i hate when that happens!

YES I DO FIRST YOU WILL NEED A WIRELESS ROUTER U CAN BUY ONE AT WWW.EBAY.COM AND THEN U WILL NEED TO CONNECT THE ROUTER TO UR PC AND THEN WHEN UR DONE CONNECTING IT TO THE PC U WILL NEED TO GO TO UR I TOUCH AND THEN SEARCH FOR INTERNET ACCESSES AND THEN WEN UR CONNECTION SHOWS UP ON UR I TOUCH U SHOULD CLICK ON UR CONNECTION AND THEN UR IN THE INTERNET.
