How do i construct a 4 foot volcano ?

im having a birthday party at a park for my twins and i want to build a volcano, but it needs to be built there the day of the party any ideas ? so far im thinking a brown sheet, dowels and streamers but im looking for other ideas thanks

Get a large traffic cone. Using strips of newspaper and wallpaper paste, paper mache the outside of the cone so that there is no orange showing. Don't worry about wrinkles in the paper mache, as they will give the "volcano" texture. When the glue dries, paint the volcano brown. To really make it cool, you could place a bucket of vinegar in the cone and have the twins pour in baking soda. Would be kinda messy though. Hope I helped.
