I want to cancel my membership. I never go it anymore and have requested you to cancel it in the past. It is nothing more than a hassle to use. I want to be re-imbursed for the $39.00 I was billed for on my Visa card.

I also want to cancel my Classmates  subscription.  I have been on the computer for over 2 hours trying to get some answers.  They even charged my credit card for $59, without contacting me.  When I looked it up for my account it says no credit card on file.  So how did they get my number.  There is also evidently not a tab for  Membership Information.  I was told to go there and cancel. Yeqah, right!

I have been trying to reach classmates member care department.  I have a paid membership through 11/17/10 with Classmates.com. I want to cancel my membership because I just read that my membership will be renewed automically.  I had no intention of renewing my membership after 11/17/10. It seems impossible to cancel your membership. I also can not find Classmates member care department. I do not want my credit card billed $15.00 for 3 months for a service I no longer have any interest in and have no intention of using ever again.
