Please help me. I want to get authentification of a recorded conversation in yahoo messenger for legal purposes. how do i contact yahoo phillipines?

There is a slight chance the data may still be around on the server side.  Then again, you would have to have very strong grounds for this information to be handed over.  It will only likely be surrendered over for national security or criminal investigation purposes, not something trivial like contractual, divorce or libel proceedings.

Why not send an email first to the Y!A staff in the Phil.and tell them what happened.

Check your settings on your own computer. Maybe the conversation was archived.  Yahoo is not likely to keep millions of yadda yadda yadda for no reason.
