i joined the varsity volleyball team a few weeks ago, and recently i noticed that my appetite is much bigger. i'm assuming its from the exercise. i get hungry more often than i use to and feel like eating more. this is a pain cause i'm trying to lose some weight. our volleyball team practices 2-3 hours five times a week, so its a decent amount of exercise, but its not enough to counter my extra eating cause i gained two pounds this week from eating too much food :( :( how do i stop this? i'm 17yrs 5'2" and as of this morning 137pounds :(

  1. the best thing to do is to just drink plenty of water, water will fool your stomach into thinking its full. what your body is trying to do is replenish calories lost during exercise, and mantain your normal weight.

  2. Some people say drinking alot of  green tea helps.
