  1. keep it close to your body and low to the ground, dribble fast and with your finger tips.  use your opposite arm to protect the ball

  2. You need to do cirlces to increase the control of all your range and stay low like playing on defense...

Do circles around your legs wais and head/neck...you feel the burn in your forearms and eventually gain unbeleivable control...lol

    Trill ****!!!

  3. HERE YOU GO:

    These are the drills:

Do each one about 30 to 60 seconds and then move to the next one. With all of these drills, try to keep your eyes forward, without looking at the ball.

    Slaps:

Pound or slap the ball hard from hand to hand.

    Tipping:

Tip the ball back and forth from one hand to the next, starting with your hands straight up over your head. Then gradually move the ball down, while continuing to tip it back and forth. Go down to your chest, then your waist, knees, and ankles, and then back up again. Keep your elbows straight.

    Circles:

Put your feet together and make circles around both legs. Then circle around the back. And then circle around the head. Then combine them and move the ball in circles around your head, then down your body, down around your knees, and then around your ankles ("candy cane"). Then come back up again. Be sure to use your fingertips, not the palms.

Also, shoot a good amount of shots DAILY so you can improve your consistency.

(use your legs more to wen shootin far range it helps get the ball up)

oh and your shootin form is VERY important!

hope i helped.(i got more drills to those are basic if u need help vote me best answer and

get at me ill give u more highger drills)

I know your prob like this has nuttin to do with dribbling but actually it has EVERYTHING to do with dribble ive been playing and teachin kids this game since i was 8 and im now a senior in highschool and still play and i am a starting pointguard,i know how to control the ball. these simple things will get your hands used to the ball and it will make your dribblin and handwork faster!

    GOODLUCK HOPE I HELPED:]

  4. dribble alot wen ur jus walkin around and try t dribble with 2 balls at da same time

  5. its all in de finger tips, how fast you dribble or how control you have on the ball is all in your finger tips, move your finger tips to dribble dont dribble with your palm. If you want to gain control of the ball practice dribbling with 2 balls, it helps alot. Plus when you dont have a ball then you can always use a tennis ball, because it is small and so it helps your control a lot more if you practice with a tennis ball, then wen you get to the basketball it will be way easier for you. It's just practice all the time. The trick to dribbling well is your finger tips and wrist.

  6. When they reach out to steal it go between the legs.

  7. Steve Nash said that in college he carried around a tennis ball or racket ball and dribbled it while walking to class.  I started doing it about a year ago and I have noticed that my handle has improved quite a bit.  It's not a scientific method but it's an easy, inexpensive method that a great point guard used to improved.  He could have easily endorsed some bs dvd or whatever, but he told a simple way to improve and so far it has worked for me.

  8. Practice dribbling with tennis balls 1st do this everyday it will make youre ball handling skills much better

  9. keep it close to your body. dribble below your waist. dribble with the palm of your hand rather than finger tips. take tips and advise from your uncle.
