How do i convert a Quick-time movie format video, to work on my phone that plays 3GPP files??

I had a vid emailed 2 me, and i gotta save it to my phone, but wen i go and watch it on my phone, it says "File can not be supported" help please =(

your phone came with a special software , you have to install that software to your PC, usually is called PCsuit and have a media converter, try to transfer that video with this ... for your supported format.
