How do i convert a mustang v8 with aHolley carb to lpg without spending a fortune?

its fitted in a correct craft ski boat i can get tanks but im unsure about the vapouriser and how that all works .and hows it plumbed up? its a 5.7ltr engine i think

  1. Don't worry about the details.   Contact your local LP supplier and tell them what your doing.   I'm unsure of the safety in a boat, and you need to research that, but the actual conversion is quite easy.   The last time I did this conversion it cost about $2000.   But it only took less than a year to pay for the conversion.   After that it was money in my pocket.

Bear in mind I've only ever met four installations of LPG in vehicles, and that two of those caught fire!  One was on an Opel some years back that a builder bought back form Germany, the other was on Chrismas Eve, a new Land Rover Discovery and I put the fire out for the guy with a bottle of mineral water, but it kept on re-igniting!  How dangerous is that on a boat?
